Big Green Bunny Recycling this Saturday at Revolution, we are helping to sponsor this event. 2-8 p.m. $5 cover, but if you bring an old cell phone, ipod that is dead and you don’t need it anymore you get in free. This is great, they are able to recycle that product and close the “loop.” We look forward to doing more with them in the future, there will be bands there, etc. Should be a good time.

October 16th Tuesday Rudder Fountain 5-7 p.m.. We are helping to co-sponsor UN Millenium Day along with the group The Art of Living. It is an event that happens simultaneously around the world. Last Year 23.5 million people participated. There will be bands, dancers, speakers. To talk about the UN Millenium goals that need to be met, Reduction of Poverty, access to health care, Enviornment, etc.

October 14th - Next meeting is this Sunday at 2pm near the Sul Ross statue. (If it is raining we will be meeting outside room 201 in the MSC) . Be sure to bring your world changing ideas to the meeting so we can match you up with like-minded individuals who want to form a group about your idea. Great success at MSC Open House!! A lot of interest was generated due to the fact that you guys showed up at our table. Also, other organizations came to our table to talk about future prospective programs with us. We really appreciate that and look forward to meeting each and everyone of you this semester.
