Green Investment Club

Why not start our own investment club that is parallel with our ideas of socially conscious objectives. There are other clubs that let members gather and talk about investing but we would do much more than that. 20$ a month would be the contribution. We would meet, most likely online, to discuss our current positions (buy, sell, hold). Check out www.better-investing .org. They offer services for the novice investor and online e-tools to help us make our decisions.
Do you know of anyone starting small group investment clubs from a perspective of Yunnus’ concept of social business investment? I’m a minister and know of lots of friends in “for profit” investment clubs. Can a trend of “social profit” investment clubs be started or is there such? Do you know?
