Human Rights Week

Remember this week is Human Rights week, we are co-sponsoring two nights…. they are Wednesaday and Thursday, for more information check out: www.humanrightsweek.org

  • Maroon Bike Project receiving the Press they deserve… Hats off to all those involved in Maroon Bike.
  • Community Garden: 2 Upcoming fund-raisers; the first is on Tuesday April 15th at Taco Cabana from 6 to 8 p.m. and the Second Wednesday April16th from 11 am to 9 pm. Fuddruckers will be giving us 20% of their profits from anyone who comes in with a flyer. So come and support the Community! Garden, fliers will be distributed at Tuesday meeting.
  • Creation of new Environmental Justice Group on campus; born out of the last teach-in on Environmental Justice!

    Writer Beryl Zyskind has raised for the children and victims of the Chile earthquake. Are you aware that over 500k people died in 1hr in Haiti’s earthquake? Would you be offended if a child asked for food or shelter?!!!
