The demand is present; people want to garden together. The long term sustainability will be maintained by a collaboration with the TAMU administration, faculty, student groups, and community members. Plots will be assigned based on passion and need. Event and extension program planning will be facilitated by a core coordination group. Lets help grow a unique place on campus that will be a peaceful refuge, a place of bonding, and a source of healthy food from positive ecological practice.

Hey everyone!
The Community Garden Growers are having two count em’ two fundraisers. The first is on Tuesday April 15th at Taco Cabana from 6 to 8. I was thinking because it’s before the ASE meeting we could all meet up and chow down together. The next day (Wednesday April 16th) from 11 am to 9 pm Fuddruckers will be giving us 20% of their profits from anyone who comes in with a flyer that we will be handing out and I will hopefully figure out how to post. Feel free to print out as many as you’d like and tell your friends to go eat with you.
